Dunlop Wedding
On a sunny day in May my dear friends Sam & Rayna tied the knot in a gorgeous outside wedding at Rockefeller Gardens. As Sam & Rayna have both grown up in Ormond they knew that Rockefeller Gardens was their dream location for their special day. To match their sunny personality and love of the Beatles the fun yellow & orange theme ran thru the whole ceremony and reception. The fun didn’t stop when the sun went down as the guest dined under the stars and twilight lantern lights making it a truly magical evening not to be forgotten. It was a true joy to work with both Sam & Rayna and their families to make all their fun and sweet ideas come to life.
From the Bride
Amanda was such a Godsend to our entire wedding planning, coordination and execution. We had a lot of challenging and overwhelming factors to our wedding day – A large wedding party, a big family with straining dynamics, lots of church volunteers and miscellaneous vendors and many DIY design elements that needed to get done. When we met before then wedding, I came to her with a lot of big plans and ideas but unsure of how to bring them to fruition. Amanda was so organized, professional, fun and ready to bring my dream party to life, that she completely put my mind at ease! She is the best combination of organization and professionalism but also has the most joyful spirit that shows in her work. Not only did she bring the necessary tools to mark off the long to do lists, but she also shared in our excitement, encouraged laughter and fun and made sure that I, as the bride was having the perfect day!
I realize now how rare it is that I spent day of my wedding completely stress free and excited because I knew that Amanda had everything under control. I went through the day unaware of any hiccups and stressors and watched as my dream wedding unfolded. I could not imagine going through my wedding without Amanda by my side. She did everything from pinning boutonnieres onto the groomsmen and making sure they arrived for pictures on time, to coordinating with the photographers, gathering up family members and SO many things that I was completely unaware of on the day. I don’t even know how most of my wedding day came together as I got my makeup done and sipped mimosas, blissfully unaware. That is all because Amanda worked her wedding magic, moving swiftly behind the scenes. Not only did she ensure my day was stress free, but took great care of my mom, sister and other family members to ensure their day was smooth as well. I could not recommend Amanda Jayne’s Weddings and Events enough, it’s a no brainer! And I would never imagine executing my wedding day without her help and expertise.
